You will definitely need a web hosting company to host your domain and it may cost you anything from $6.95 onwards per month. If you have extra to spend, it is good that you invest into a good e-book. It will save you a lot of time. Instead of spending your time learning how to set up your online presence, you can spend it promoting your site.
